Josh began his recruitment career in 2012 after working within and leading sales teams for some of the most well known and prestigious events venues in London.
Since getting into recruitment, Josh has built strong relationships with some of the leading companies within the hospitality industry and prides himself on his network of candidates and knowledge of the industry.
Josh started Illume Recruitment in 2015.

In 2016, Tom joined Illume Recruitment.
Tom got into recruitment in 2011 and came from a Hotel background where he worked his way up to General Manager of a prestigious Hotel in the South East.
Tom prides himself on the relationships he builds with both his clients and candidates and works tirelessly to find the perfect match for everyone involved.
