​Assistant Bar Manager - High Volume Venue - £42,500k

I am currently recruiting an Assistant Bar Manager for a busy and vibrant bar in East London

My client is looking for an Assistant Bar Manager for this high-volume wet led operation, with weekly sales in the region of £65k, so if you’re looking to work in a fun, fast paced environment this is the role for you!

As Assistant Bar Manager, you will lead and inspire a team of 20, taking a hands-on approach and becoming the face of the operation.

The ideal Assistant Bar Manager will have the following skills/ experience;

·        Worked at a management level within the London bar scene

·        High-volume experience and used to dealing with large bar operations with a capacity of 1000+

·        Naturally energetic, engaging and keen to give your audience an efficient and first class service

·        Strong product knowledge of beers, wine and spirits

This bar operates 7 days a week and until 1am on a Friday/ Saturday night, so someone in the East London area would be needed.
