I am currently looking to recruit an experienced Senior Sous Chef for a stunning B&I contract near Cambridge. My client is an independent contract caterer across the Midlands and the South and are looking for a dynamic Senior Sous Chef to join their team.

As the Senior Sous Chef, you will be responsible for a team of 20 staff in this fresh food operation. You will be financially responsible and able to manage budget and costs.

The ideal Senior Sous Chef will have the following skills/ knowledge;

·        A strong background working with fresh ingredients

·        Have a proven background within contract catering

·        A strong understanding of all Food Hygiene/ Health & Safety procedures

·        Strong people management skills
