​Catering Manager - Contract Catering - £40-50k

I am currently looking to recruit an experienced Catering Manager with a strong craft background for a B&I contract in Stafford. My client is a leading Independent Caterer and are looking for a dynamic Catering Manager to join their team. The kitchen caters for up to 800 covers a day over a breakfast, lunch and dinner service.

As the Catering Manager, you will be responsible for a team of 14 staff, ensuring consistent food quality, development and management of the team. You will be financially responsible and able to manage budget and costs.

The ideal Catering Manager will have the following skills/ knowledge

·        A strong Craft background, ideally within the B&I sector

·        Unit management experience

·        Take a hands-on approach and still be willing to don your chef whites in accordance to the business needs

·        An excellent understanding of all Food Hygiene/ Health & Safety procedures

·        Strong people management skills
