I am currently on the hunt for a Deputy General Manager for a stunning venue in the heart of Mid Sussex. Do you push yourself to offer the very best service at all times? As the Deputy General Manager, you will assist with the smooth running of this casual dining restaurant/ café concept. You will manage a team of up to 50 during peak periods, with a team of 12 working all year round.

The ideal Deputy General Manager will also have the following experience/ skills;

·        Working within a restaurant or contract catering environment for a minimum of 2 years

·        Strong people management skills

·        High attention to detail and passionate about 5* service delivery

·        Worked within a high volume establishment

Due to the nature of the business, you will be required to work regular weekends, however evening work is few and far between

The location of this role, will require someone who has their own transport.
