​General Manager - Bar/ Restaurant - £45k

Are you an experienced General Manager or Deputy Manager within a Bar & Restaurant? Are you looking for something a little different? Are you looking to move into Contract Catering? If so, this is the role for you.

I am recruiting for a one of the UK’s leading contract caterers, who place a strong emphasis on fresh food and quality service, as well as the development of their people. I am looking for a General Manager to lead the team in this unique venue in the West End, consisting of a 60 seater restaurant, bar and event space.

As General Manager you will lead and inspire a team to deliver the very best in service standards as well as looking at the business strategy, working with the team to drive the business forward.

The ideal General Manager will have the following skills/ knowledge;

·        Experience in all areas – restaurant, bar and events

·        A Hands on approach

·        Managed teams of up to 20 people

·        Financially aware and worked with a P&L in the region of £1m

Please note that this role requires someone to have the flexibility to work evenings and weekend, however you will receive regular weekends off on a rotational basis.
