I am currently recruiting an experienced General Manager for one of the UK’s leading Contract Caterers with a reputation that is unrivalled. This role is not for the faint hearted – you will be responsible for Retail, Staff Dining and Hospitality Services, with an annual turnover in excess of £3m.

The ideal General Manager will have the following knowledge/ experience;

·        Experience in a senior management role, within the B&I sector

·        Strong knowledge of both retail and hospitality operations

·        Standards driven, placing a strong focus on the quality of food and service

·        Managed a contract with a combined turnover in the region of £2m+
