Daytime only, working 5 days out of 7 per week including weekends

Are you fed up of working long hours and late nights? Are you a Head Chef with strong cafe/restaurant experience?

My client is a contract caterer and they are currently recruiting for a Head Chef to be based at one of their venues in The City, London.

​

I am looking for a Head Chef who has the following:

​

• Previous experience at a Head Chef level

• Able to lead a BOH team

• The ability to work in a fast paced environment

• Strong understanding of food, allergens and health & safety

• A passion for working with fresh, seasonal produce

​

All candidates applying for this Head Chef role must have been in a Head Chef position within the last year.
