Hospitality Sous Chef - Rugby, Warwickshire - 30k-31k
My client is a leading contract caterer and they are currently recruiting for a Hospitality Sous Chef for one of their flagship sites in Rugby, Warwickshire.
For this Hospitality Sous Chef role, you will need to have:
A background catering for events either within contract catering, hotels, golf club etc
Experience managing a BOH team
The ability to work in a fast paced environment
Strong understanding of food, allergens and health & safety
A passion for working with fresh, seasonal produce
