My client is a leading contract caterer and they are currently recruiting for a Hospitality Sous Chef for one of their flagship sites in Rugby, Warwickshire.

​

For this Hospitality Sous Chef role, you will need to have:

​

• A background catering for events either within contract catering, hotels, golf club etc

• Experience managing a BOH team

• The ability to work in a fast paced environment

• Strong understanding of food, allergens and health & safety

• A passion for working with fresh, seasonal produce

​

All candidates applying for this Hospitality Sous Chef role must have been in a similar position within the last year.
